Hot Water Bath Suggested for Better Sleep:- A research suggested that one can fall sleep quicker and deeper after having a hot water bath that is taken 90 minutes before the bedtime. Biomedical engineers at University of Texas-Austin confirmed the news after they conducted an analysis on thousands of students. Most of them said that the quality of sleep is higher after a hot water bath or shower.

“When we looked through all known studies, we noticed significant disparities in terms of the approaches and findings,” said Shahab Haghayegh, a lead author. The researchers from UT Health Science Center at Houston and the University of Southern California conducted a research on 5322 students after which they came to a conclusion. Some special tools were used to assess the consistency and the optimum temperature was said to 40-42 degree celsius. The conducted survey was published in the journal Sleep Medicine Reviews.
