Make 15 minutes of exercise as your daily routine

In your daily busy routine, you don't even have sufficient time to enjoy eating your favorite cuisine, forget about burning calories, taking time for work outs and thinking of being fit... but what if I suggest you with some simple exercises that would not take more than 15-20 minutes of your time, in 24 hours, that can also help you stay fit, if followed... here are those;

Do you want the best health instantly and also striving for a healthy heart? Then try out walking up or running hills... this not only gives you instant fitness but is a best suggested exercise to keep your body in shape.

Many of us lack upper body strength... we can't even lift a box or any minimal weight... apart from eating right, it is necessary for us to exercise to increase the muscle strength as well... we all think, pushups and pull-ups are hard... but not so... try at least doing the pushups and pull ups for 5 minutes... this way you will not have a worry that your upper body will grow into a huge muscle and you can achieve strength in your muscle.

Work, work and work... you can get used to your household work and completing the work within a minimal time rather than depending on a maid and naming your laziness as tired ness... the more you work the more strength you attain... but, don't forget, you need to eat right to work more... only then, your body and health would gain some balance.
