Food habits for flat tummy

At least at one point of time in our life, we have dreamt of having a flat tummy, no less than our favorite celeb… have you stopped dreaming about having a flat tummy now? Well, start exercising and fulfilling your dream into reality... also, you can follow this simple ways to be fit, through food;

Green tea is bliss for a weight loss and to lose all those extra kilos surrounded your tummy and making it look shapeless. Having green tea, At least two times a day will help you reduce your extra fat...

Even a hot coffee at least once in a day will help you reducing tummy fat and making the dream of you getting a flat tummy true... but, remember, it is better to have a coffee, minus milk and adding artificial sweetener to it.

Broccoli is definitely a best food to reduce any extra fat... include this in whatever you cook.

It's not just about eating but eating on time is also important to lose extra weight... keep a check on what is you eating...

If possible, cut down rice and substitute with wheat...

Let your breakfast be routine… being it idly to cornflakes or wheat bread toast... these are oil free and easy to digest and of course healthy for you...
