In a pakka filmi style, a watchman of an NRI turned the vacant house of his owner into an alcohol hub to make extra bucks.  Nayan Desai to whom the bungalow in Ahmedabad of Gujarat had no clue how Praful Dave (aged 42 years) was. Otherwise, he would have appointed the latter as the watchman of the building while he left for the United States of America.

The middle aged Praful Dave seemed to have had many clues as to how to mould empty bungalows into money generating places. The moment Nayan Desai left for US, Praful turned the former's house into a liquor warehouse. He even started selling Indian made foreign liquor from this house. The police, on tip of information, raided this place and caught hold of the watchman and recovered dozens of liquor bottle from him.
