Telugu Association of North America (TANA) is gearing up for celebrating the 19th annual celebrations of TANA in 2013 at Dallas. This was confirmed by TANA chief Prasad Thotakura at a press meet convened to raise funds for the event. He called upon NRIs to make the event a mega success just like previous annual gatherings. Talking about the importance of this event, Prasad Thotakura has said that TANA annual celebrations would provide good opportunity for Telugu people in America to come on to one stage.

A small function was arranged in Texas wherein over six hundred NRIs took part. All of them gave their funds for the 19th TANA celebrations. By the end of the programme, the funds that were raised reached over six lakh dollars.
