The real estate business for both Amaravathi and Hyderabad is widely increasing, according to the reports.
Reports said that in the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi, the land rates are on its peak and the land transaction deals were going in a very high rate. As the registration charges goes to the government, the increasing business is expected to raise the revenue for the state.
However, the best revenue in the recent times with respect to land deals has been recorded by Hyderabad. According to the reports, Telangana registered the best growth rate of 21%. The revenue has been earned from the land registration and the sales tax. Reports said that in just six months, the state recorded a revenue of Rs. 22,000 cores, which has the contribution from the sales tax of Rs. 16,400 crore and other earnings came from the registrations.
This patterns shows that land registration rates are increasing in both the capital cities and with the recent announcement of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) allocation in Adibatla and increasing investment in Pharma City, land rates are increasing in the surroundings of these regions.
