84 directors of various companies associated with Satyam Computers were given imprisonment by the Nampalli court today. In evasion of Income Tax case, Nampalli court granted 1 year each to all the 84 director who represent 19 different companies and Satyam Ramalinga Raju's wife Nandini, son Rama Raju and his brother's wife Radha were also among the convicted.
Nandini and Radha were given 6 months jail term considering their plea. Meanwhile Satyam Computer's fraud completed five years successfully on January 7th. This scam is termed as the biggest scam ever in corporate field.
