Former head of Walmart India Raj Jain and Pankaj Madan, another senior executive of the same company were appointed as Bharti Retails Chief Executive Office and Chief Financial Officer respectively today. Bharti Retails in a statement made this announcement and both Raj and Pankaj will report to its Vice Chairman and Managing Director Rajan Bharti Mittal later this week.

Raj Jain has been working with Bharti Groups as an advisor while Pankaj Madan worked as CFO for Bharti - Walmat joint venture earlier. As both Bharti and Walmart parted away in last October, Pankal too left the company.
