Social networking website, Facebook is the most happening one in India. Right from sharing personal information to exchanging greeting to spreading awareness and taking our campaigns, Facebook or simply FB has been a best platform for common men in India. Facebook announced that it has one billion users across the globe. And out of one billion active users, 65 million users are from India, it announced. India, therefore, stands on peak in terms of Facebook users. Facebook India said that the new figures impressive since not many people have access to Internet in India compared to other countries. It said only 120 million people use use Internet in the country. According to a new analysis carried out by a private body, total number of Internet users in India increased by 13.5 million in the past six months.

Another interesting development is that Facebook is all set to launch its office in Pearl City. Facebook India online operation director, Kirthiga Reddy said that new office would come at Hyderabad. Also, number of key products and innovations would soon be made available for Facebook Indian users.
