“The vehicle was coming from Uppal and the accused was headed to Khammam district,” according to police.
LB Nagar Traffic Police Sub-Inspector K Narasimhulu who was regulating the traffic along with constables M Arun and Ravinder received an alert. “After receiving information through a wireless set, we stopped the two-wheeler and handed Madhu over to the law and order police. Madhu said he was headed to Khammam,” Narasimhulu told The Hindu.
