For letting a dog steer his motor bike, a man was fined up to USD 320 in Vietnam, Asia.

The pet dog steered the bike with its front paws, while the owner sat behind it on the bike.

This incident was filmed by some stranger and was uploaded into the net. The local police, who came to know this, considered it as an extremely dangerous stunt and filed the case against him.
