In a bizarre incident, a goat gave birth to two babies with 70 percent similar features of a human being. This incident happened in Solapur hamlet in H.D. Kote taluk in Karnataka which is currently attracting many people from near by surroundings. On Monday, the goat first gave birth to a baby which almost appeared like a human and five hours later, the goat delivered another baby but this time with female features.
The guardian of the goat said, earlier the very same goat gave birth to ten babies and all of them are quite normal and healthy. He was surprised by the structure of goats and slowly this news spread to the entire village in no time. However, few in the very same village are superstitious.
Animal Husbandry stepped in and a thorough check up was done to the human like goat babies. The deputy director of Animal Husbandry said, this might have happened due to genetic disorder or infection. Excess fluids can be noticed in the baby bodies. The officials are planning to shift these two goats to Mysore Dasara Exhibition for preserving.
