Peeing in the front yard, could earn you a $2.5 Grand ticket. No excuses even if you are a three year old kid. Earlier Dillan Warden and his mother were in the spotlight and all over the news after a police officer had fined the mother because her son peed in their front yard. They were slapped with exorbitant charges of $2500 for the “crime” which was in fact a natural response.

You think the officer overreacted? So does a large part of the society and the government too. The officer identified as Qualls was no rookie who couldn't be wise. An 18 year old veteran in duty had failed to apply logic before slapping charges and had to face the criticism from majority of the people.

The officer was later arrested for the mistake he did and the fine slapped was dropped. However  the mother was slapped with the charges of contribution of delinquency of a minor. That was harsh but is much cheaper and better than no justice.
