The investigation agency has informed the Court that one of the accused, Director Krish, is currently on the run. The police are actively searching for Krish and have charged him under CrPC 160. Additionally, two new individuals, Vivek's driver Gaddala Praveen and drugs supplier Mirza Wahid Beg, have been added as co-accused 11 and 12 respectively. The remand report of drug pedlar Syed Abbas Ali sheds light on the frequent use of the Radisson hotel by the accused to engage in drug consumption.
The police have discovered that Vivek, along with director Krish and Nirbhay Sindhi, became addicted to narcotics a year ago. They would often gather at the hotel to indulge in drug use. On February 24, a drug party took place in which Krish, along with Swetha, Lissi, and Neel, participated. According to the report, Krish and Nirbhay would regularly meet at the Radisson Hotel and purchase one gram of cocaine for Rs 14,000 from Beg. Beg would then transfer the drugs to Vivek's driver, Gaddala Praveen.
On February 24th, eight individuals, namely Vivek, Raghucharan, Kedarnath, Sandeep, Swetha, Lissi, Neel, and director Krish, ingested 3 grams of cocaine using paper rolls. These individuals admitted to renting rooms 1200 and 1204 for the purpose of drug consumption.
