The Father of fish medicine, Harinath Goud is no more:- Harinath Goud, one of the Bathini brothers passed away at his residence in Bholakpur Padmashali colony, Hyderabad on Wednesday night. His last rituals will be held on Friday. He has been sick for a long time, said his family members.

Even at the age of 84, Harinath Goud carried on his family legacy of giving fish medicine. He was survived by his wife Sunitra Devi and had two daughters and two sons.

Bathina family has been distributing fish medicine (Chepa Mandu) for asthma patients at the Nampally exhibition grounds in Hyderabad since 1847, he continued his family tradition of distributing prasadam and he is known for his commitment and passion to serve people suffering with asthma.
