Hyderabad Most Expensive Housing Market:- Due to the uptrend and development, Hyderabad real estate market has seen a drastic change in last few years. The city has turned out to be the most expensive housing market in the country.
According to Knight Frank India, Hyderabad is the second most expensive housing market in terms of EMI ( Equated Monthly instalment).
In the first half of 2023, the ratio of the housing market in Hyderabad has carried up to 31 per cent ratio and where it was increased to 20 per cent in 2022.
Ahmadabad, Kolkata and Pune turned out to be the most affordable cities compared to the other eight top cities in the country and where Hyderabad stands in the second place followed by Mumbai.
Hyderabad is also seeing high growth and letting it to be the most expensive living city when compared to Banglore and Mumbai. In a survey conducted Hyderabad turned out to be one of the most expensive cities for livelihood.
For now, Mumbai is topped, followed by Delhi, Chennai and Bengaluru. Hyderabad stands in the fifth rank, but the living cost is rising very fast.
Besides this, there are also a large number of housing units vacant. As of August 14th 2023, Hyderabad has 80,000 unsold housing units, where the number is a real shock to realtors. Realtors are raising the market cap because of the high land rates, but indeed have to wait and see for how many days the market will be sustained with same push. However, if you are a investor, look into the market properly before pooling money, where they are high chances of saturation very soon, mainly after the elections of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
