Record Land Price Registered In Hyderabad:- In an unpredictable manner, the Kokapet real estate market is making its record land prices. A 3.6-acre plot (no.10) in phase 2 of the Neopolis layout in Kokapet sold for a record bidding price of Rs100.75 Cr per acre. Happi Heights Neopolis, Raj pushpa Properties Pvt Ltd has bought the property at this jaw-dropping price.
On Thursday Telangana government conducted the e-auction of prime plots. Govt expected to generate revenue of Rs 2000 Cr and Rs 2,500 Cr. But surprisingly the land got its record price. A total of 45.33 acres were auctioned and sold for Rs 3,319.60 Cr. Bridage Enterprises are the highest purchaser with a bid of Rs 660Cr.
The highest bid rate was Rs 100.25 Cr for a single plot of 3.60 acres, whereas other plots were sold at the rate of Rs 76.5 Cr per acre. The least price was Rs 67.25 Cr for plot 11 for a land area of 7.53 acres. This is the second round of action being conducted by the government in the Kokapet area, where the first phase sale was held on July 16th 2021. The layout was developed by HMDA with all the modern infrastructures of wide-range roads.
