The cases should be cleared before the court of law before the allotted time of the central government or else the Andhra Pradesh government need to construct the houses with state funds without getting any sort of financial support from the central.
On flip side, Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) has allotted 7.15L houses with Jio tagging, which are yet to start. The state government was scheduled to start 1.10lakhs of houses by June 2023, even though this is pending. CSMC has asked the government to set a deadline and finish the housing construction on time.
