Delhi Airport named as the third busiest airport in the World:- After a long pause due to the coronavirus pandemic, the entire globe is recovering. Several surveys revealed that the people are quite interested to travel after the pandemic. The travel sector is picking up at a rapid speed. The Official Airline Guide (OAG) revealed about the list of the ten busiest airports in March 2022. Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport is named as the third most busiest airports of the world and the airport moved up by six places. Delhi's IGI Airport surpassed China's Guangzhou airport and the Chinese airport is the fourth busiest and stands next to Delhi.
Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson international airport is the busiest one in the world and it retained the top slot again. The airport lost to second in 2020 but returned back to the first last year. The Dubai international airport holds the second spot. The airports of USA made it to more than half in the top ten list this year. Tokyo’s Haneda international airport returned back to top ten and is in ninth place now. London’s Heathrow airport is in the tenth place.
