KCR Announces Notification for 80,039 Govt Jobs:- Telangana Chief Minister KCR announced the notification of 80,039 jobs in the state Assembly today which are vacant in the state. KCR also announced that the 11,103 contract employees will be regularized very soon. The total takes to 91,142 government jobs in Telangana. KCR also announced that the filling up of the vacancies will start immediately. in the state. There have been heated arguments in Telangana about unemployment and the pending vacancies. The opposition parties have been making their noise against the government along with the student unions.

"The issues of the AP Bifurcation and the court orders delayed the process of issuing the notification. The Centre is dull and is silent on resolving the issues. The government of Telangana decided not to hold huge number of contract employees in the public sector. The government now decided to regularize all these jobs. There are interim orders passed by the High Court because of the political parties. Now all the obstacles have been cleared and the Telangana government decided to regularize the services of the contract employees. There would be no contract hiring in Telangana. There are 80,039 jobs in the state. The government's spending will go up to Rs 7300 crores to fill these vacancies and regularizing the jobs" told KCR.

To employ more youth, the government of Telangana decided to relax the upper age limit by ten years except for the cops. The upper age limit would be 44 years for OC, 49 years for SC, ST and BCs, 54 years for the physically handicapped and 47 years for ex-servicemen.
