Four Dead After A Mine Roof Collapses In Mancherial:- Four people passed away after the roof of a mine collapsed in Mancherial and the accident took place in SRP-3 in Srirampur Singareni Mine. All the deceased have been working in the underground mine. They were buried under the debris after the roof collapsed. All the four people died on the spot and they are identified as Lakshmaiah (60), Krishna Reddy (59), Narasimha Raju (30) and Chandrasekhar (29). The rescue team rushed to the spot but they could not save the lives of the deceased. The family members of the families are left in shock with the sudden demise.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR offered his condolences for the families of the deceased. The rescue operations are currently going on. The roof has been massive and the rescue team is trying hard to recover the bodies of the deceased. The roof from 21 deep 24 collapsed when the employees are working. The incident took place during the first shift when the operations are going on. The officials rushed to the spot and are overlooking the rescue operations.
