60 School Students Tested Positive For Coronavirus In Bengaluru:- As per the breaking news coming, 60 students from Bengaluru boarding school are tested positive for coronavirus. All the 60 students are residing in the boarding school in Electronic City. District Collector (DC) of Bengaluru Urban District J Manjunath revealed the news. 105 rapid antigen tests along with 424 RT-PCR tests are conducted for all the students. A quarantine centre is arranged in the school and the government asked the school to be shut. All the schools in Karnataka are reopened for classes 6th to 8th. The schools for 9th to 12th are reopened in August 23rd by the government of Karnataka.
The school has 500 students and the school is shut till October 20th. Two of the students are found symptomatic. The parents of the students are now worried and they rushed to the school to take their children home. A team from the government medical officials camped in the school and arranged quarantine for the students. The tests will be conducted after 7 days and all the measures are taken currently. 14 of the 60 students are from Tamil Nadu and the rest of them are from Karnataka. One of the students complained of diarrhea and vomiting after which tests are conducted for all the students. Karnataka state reported 629 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.
