Rajinikanth reconfirms that he would stay away from Politics:- Superstar Rajinikanth kept his fans in waiting mode for months and he finally announced that he would stay away from politics. The veteran actor cited health reasons to stay away from Tamil Nadu politics. Lakhs of his fans are depressed and were unhappy with the call. Rajinikanth asked his fans not to stress him about politics. Right after he is done with the shoot of Annaatthe, he headed to USA for his routine health checkup. Rajinikanth returned back to Chennai last week and is taking rest. Rajinikanth surprised everyone with his new announcement about his political entry.

Rajinikanth informed his fans through a media briefing that he is not reconsidering his decision of entering into politics. He said that he would dissolve the body Rajini Makkal Mandram (RMM) and it will not function any more. Rajinikanth also announced that he met the members of the Rajini Makkal Mandram for the last time and announced the news outside his residence to the media in a short briefing. He kept the rumors to the rest after there are speculations that Rajinikanth is reconsidering his political entry. Rajinikanth is yet to sign his new project and the actor will take a rest for the rest of this year. Annaatthe will release next year and Rajinikanth will start his next in 2022.
