Rumors on Underworld don Chhota Rajan surfaced:- Underworld Don Chhota Rajan has been contracted with coronavirus recently and he died due to coronavirus infection at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi today. The Mumbai most wanted gangster was taking treatment for coronavirus and his health condition worsened and he breathed his last today. Chhota Rajan was admitted to the hospital on April 24th. He was lodged in a high-security cell in Delhi's Tihar jail after he was deported from Indonesia's Bali in 2015.
On the other side, some of the media reports said that Chhota Rajan is alive and he is recovering well. Top news agency ANI said that Chhota Rajan is alive and refuted the rumors about his demise. All the criminal cases on Chhota Rajan are transferred to CBI and the investigation is happening in New Delhi. There are 70 criminal cases pending on Chhota Rajan related to murder and extortion in Mumbai alone. He was convicted in 2018 and was sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder case of journalist Jyotirmoy Dey in the year 2011.
