11,067 New Coronavirus Cases reported in India:- After a huge wave of cases reported for coronavirus in the country, the wave has flattened and the numbers are quite low. A total number of 11,067 new cases of coronavirus are reported in India in the last 24 hours taking the total tally of cases to 1,08,58,371. The total number of recoveries in the country stands at 1,05,61,608 and the recovery rate is at 97.27 percent as per the reports coming from the Union Health Ministry of India. The active cases for coronavirus in India are 1,41,511 and this accounts to 1.30 percent of the total caseload in the country. The death toll in India stands at 1,55,252 and 94 people passed away in the last 24 hours in the country.

The fatality rate of India stands at 1.43 percent. The newly reported cases are 21 percent higher than the new cases that are reported yesterday. The total samples tested in the country in total are said to be 20,33,24,655 as per the reports coming from the Indian Council of Medical Research and the samples tested yesterday are said to be 7,36,903. No new coronavirus death has been reported in New Delhi in the last 24 hours which is the first time in the last nine months. The global tally of coronavirus cases are now at 10.68 crores and 23.38 lakh people died due to coronavirus. As per the reports coming from the Union Health Ministry, around 65 lakh people from the country got vaccinated for coronavirus.
