Nalgonda Youngster Named In US Forbes List:- Sandeep Konam, a native of Telangana's Nalgonda gained international recognition after he was named in the US Forbes List in the 30 Trailblazers in the category of Healthcare. He played a crucial role in building his startup 'Abridge' to help the patients to stay on the top of their health. Sandeep Konam's named was placed in the list of best entreprenuers under 30 years age category in the health sector. Sandeep Konam co-founded Abridge in USA along with Dr Shiva Rao in the year 2018 which helps the patients to get the details of their care to take better health outcomes.

Artificial Intelligence has been used to transcribe and extract the takeaways from the medical conversations for the patients and their records. Abridge announced its launch and its funding of 15 million USD in October. Sandeep Konam thanked his partner Shiva Rao along with the team of Abridge for their support. Sandeep Konam said that Abridge helped the people with the medical appointments during the coronavirus pandemic. A telephone based solution was found during this critical time for the appointment and they can record their conversations told Sandeep Konam. The conversations are also made available for family and friends.

Sandeep Konam did his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering and did his MS in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He built several health related applications.
