Former Facebook Employee Turned Drug Peddler Nabbed In Hyderabad:- The Excise Enforcement Team kept a close watch on the drug scandals in Hyderabad after a series of cases are registered. A former Facebook employee who turned himself into a drug peddler was arrested in Hyderabad. He has been delivering contraband from his home to his clients. The Enforcement officials seized 830 grams of hashish oil along with 1.2 kg of ganja from his residence. The accused is currently working as a Swiggy food delivery executive. He is identified as Motilal Narsing Balaji Singh who is 35 years old and his lost his job in Facebook months ago.

He lives in Shivlal Nagar in Dhoolpet. 83 small plastic containers are seized with 10 grams of hashish oil each. A bike along with a mobile phone and a digital weighing machine were seized. Balaji Singh completed his MS in Canada and started his job with Facebook. He was addicted to ganja after he lost his job. He was left unemployed for three years after which he started working as a Swiggy delivery executive to feed his family. Soon he was involved into a drug racket and started delivering drugs. He started procuing drugs from Sateesh Singh and Raj Chander from Dhoolpet for Rs 8000 per kg.

Most of the clients of Balaji Singh are said to be software employees and students from hostels. He has been charging Rs 1000 for 10 grams of hashish oil and Rs 600 for 15 grams of ganja. Balaji Singh has been sent for judicial remand.
