Ayurveda Day: Narendra Modi Inaugurates Two Institutes:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated two Ayurveda institutes: Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar, and the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur through a video conference on the occasion of Ayurveda Day. "Ayurveda plays an important role in the medical world. Allopathic and Ayurvedic practices will now go hand in hand. The science of our ancient India is now integrated with the science of the 21st century. After the arrival of coronavirus, the usage of ayurvedic products increased all over. You are now a part of the country's topmost Ayurvedic centre and your responsibility got increased" said Narendra Modi.
The demand for ayurvedic and turmeric products came up hugely to boost the immunity told Modi. "Despite of having a dense population, the situation of coronavirus is under control in the country and it is because of the usage of turmeric products and ayurvedic products like turmeric milk and others which are the immunity boosters" said Narendra Modi. Chief minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot and Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani have been present for the event. Narendra Modi wished the people of the country on the occasion of the Ayurveda Day. "“Greetings on Ayurveda Day. On this special day, will be inaugurating two Ayurveda institutes, located in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The programme begins at 10:30 AM. Do watch!” tweeted Narendra Modi.
