India Reports 78,357 New Cases Of Coronavirus:- India witnessed a huge spike in the number of coronavirus cases in the country. A total number of 83,883 new cases of coronavirus are registered yesterday and the total tally of cases reached 38 lakh mark. 1043 people passed away in the country and the death toll stands at 67,376. There are 8,01,282 active cases in the country and a total number of 29,01,909 people recovered completely as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. Pandurang Raikar, a TV 9 channel reporter from Pune passed away after he failed to get the right treatment for coronavirus. Maharashtra reported the highest single-day spike in the number of cases in the state and the tally stands at 17,433 yesterday. The total number of registered cases in the state are 8,25,739.

Andhra Pradesh is the second most impacted state with 4,55,531 cases. The global average of fatality rate is said to be 3.3 percent while India has registered one of the lowest coronavirus fatality rates which stands at 1.76 percent. The Indian Civil Aviation Ministry said that all the Indian passengers should undergo tests of coronavirus at the entry of airports before all these international flyers catch their domestic flights. The total number of cases globally crossed 2.57 crore mark and 8.56 lakh people passed away due to the coronavirus pandemic. USA yesterday said that they are not ready to work collectively with WHO which is joining hands with multilateral groups.
