Atchannaidu Gets Bail Finally In ESI Case:- TDP legislator and ex-minister Atchannaidu was arrested in the ESI scam case and his bail petition got denied several times despite of his ill health. The fire brand politician always took a dig on the YSRCP government. TDP leaders alleged that Atchannaidu was targeted badly as he raised his voice against the corruption done. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh finally granted bail for Atchannaidu. He was recently tested positive with coronavirus but he was asked to reside in the Vijayawada prison.

Atchannaidu was taken into custody on July 12th after he was named in the ESI Hospitals scam that created a sensation across Andhra Pradesh. He is currently being treated in NRI Hospitals in Mangalagiri for coronavirus. Atchannaidu was booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and under 409, 420, 120-B sections of Indian Penal Code. Several cases are filed in the ACB Court, Vijayawada against Atchannaidu. The ACB officials did not submit the evidences that Atchannaidu received the money in the ESI scam. Atchannaidu underwent piles operation recently and he is yet to recover completely and he was arrested in the ESI scam case.
