Travel Restrictions Between Andhra Pradesh And Telangana:- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana witnessed a record number of new coronavirus cases in these states in the recent weeks. Some of the districts of Andhra Pradesh are under lockdown after the cases have increased. The government of Andhra Pradesh imposed travel restrictions for all those entering into the state and made it mandatory for the pass to enter Andhra Pradesh. Also, the interstate bus services did not resume in AP and Telangana despite of conducting several meetings. Now new restrictions are imposed between the states.
The Telangana government made it clear that all those who wish to go to Andhra Pradesh will have to cross the border before 7 PM. Nalgonda SP Ranganath announced this saying that all the private vehicles should cross the border before 7 PM and no one would be permitted after this. All the transport and other commercial vehicles will be allowed and there would be no time limit for these vehicles. The Telangana government also asked the private vehicles to apply passed online before reaching the Telangana border. The Telangana government is in plans to impose lockdown within the limits of GHMC soon. Telangana Chief Minister KCR will take a call on this very soon.
