Donald Trump To Order New H-1B Visa Curbs:- American President Donald Trump is in plans to restrict the visas that are based on employment in the country and this move will impact 2,40,000 people to work in the country. All the fields including IT, industries, finance, hospitality will be impacted by the move which is expected to be taken on Monday. Donald Trump already made it clear that the new restrictions about the visas would be announced on Monday. Some of them who are residing and working in USA will not be impacted said, Donald Trump.

Trump said that there would be few exclusions based on the categories of visas from H-1B to the L-1 visas. There are exclusions for big businesses. Donald Trump is in plans to restrict people from coming to the country through H-1B visa program for 180 days. All those who are granted visas will remain outside the country and they will not be able to enter into USA until the order expires. This move would impact hundreds of companies along with individuals.

For the year 2019, H-1B visas are given for 1,33,000 workers and 12,000 L-1 visas are granted. Over 98,000 people are given H-2B visas. Donald Trump is expected to make major changes to these visas categories and will impact over 2,40,000 applicants. Even in this coronavirus pandemic, Donald Trump decided to implement the new rules of visas as several locals are left jobless because of the biggest crisis of the world.
