Telangana Registers 61 New Coronavirus Cases:- Telangana witnessed a sharp rise in the number of coronavirus cases in the state. 61 new cases of coronavirus are registered in a single day in the state along with a new death. The total number of coronavirus cases in the state reached 592 and 103 people have been discharged from the state. 17 people lost their lives till date in Telangana. Hyderabad recorded the maximum number of cases in the state and is kept on red alert. Telangana Chief Minister KCR also instructed the officials to be extra cautious regarding the cases in the state. KCR even asked the officials to deliver the goods and basic essentials to the doorstep of the people in the hotspots in which the number of cases are more.
126 containment zones are finalized in GHMC limits and they are specially monitored. Telangana IT Minister KTR is personally monitoring the happenings across the state. Telangana Health Minister Etela Rajendar is updating KCR and KTR on regular basis about the status of the number of cases and what can be done next. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 10 AM today and will announce about the extension of lockdown. The country witnessed 1211 new cases and 31 people passed away in the country in the last 24 hours. Maharashtra is the most hit state and the number of cases are going up badly.
