Telangana Health Department Makes It Compulsory Of Wearing Masks:- With the coronavirus disease spreading fastly, the government of Telangana is taking all the needed measures. After banning spitting in public, the government of Telangana made it compulsory to wear masks when people step into public places. The Telangana Health Department even said it is mandatory to use masks when people are in closed rooms or spaces. It was earlier issued that the masks are only for the sick but now, the government of Telangana made it clear that everyone should wear masks to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

A study in Japan said that the wearing of masks even while interacting with others slowed down the spread of coronavirus in the country. A large number of infected people with coronavirus are not showing any symptoms but they are responsible to spread the virus because of which the decision has been taken by the Telangana government. Coronavirus is mostly spread through the droplets that is released during sneezing, talking and coughing. With the usage of masks, this would be prevented.

The Telangana Health Department recommended homemade cotton double-layered reusable masks are the best and they are quite protective. A total number of 471 cases have been registered in Telangana and 12 people passed away in the state.
