Hyderabad Airport Best In Ambience And Environment:- Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport achieved one more feather to their cap after it is named as the winner of the coveted Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) departures award across the Asia-Pacific region for the year 2019. Hyderabad airport also received awards for the 'Best Airport by Size and Region' along with 'Best Airport for Ambience and Environment by Size'. Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport received the award in the category of 15-25 million passengers per annum.

This award will be conferred for Hyderabad International Airport during the ASQ Awards ceremony that will be held during the third ACI Customer Experience Global Summit that will take place in Krakow, Poland in September this year. SGK Kishore, CEO, GHIAL said that they are honoured for the award. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is the first Greenfield airport that is developed under PPP model. "The awards represent the highest possible recognition for airport operators around the world and recognize excellence in customer experience," said Angela Gittens Director General, ACI World.
