Three-Year-Old From Kerala Tested Positive With Coronavirus:- The number of coronavirus cases in the country are slowly increasing. A three-year-old child has been tested positive with coronavirus in Kerala today and the officials confirmed the news. The child along with their parents reached Kerala's Cochin International Airport on March 7th at 6 AM from Italy. They have been sent for thermal screening and are kept in a special isolation ward. The family took a connecting flight from Dubai to Kochi. The child is currently treated in Kalamassery Medical College Hospital in the city.

The child's parents are in observation currently. The samples were sent to NiV Lab at Alappuzha after which they are found positive. Kerala is kept on high alert after five people from the state are tested positive with coronavirus recently. Kerala Health Minister KK Shailaja revealed the same and asked the people to be extra cautious because of the virus. The total number of coronavirus cases in the country reached 40 including 16 Italians. The Centre along with the state health departments are working hard to bring situations under control.
