Jagan Reddy Appeals To Fill Vacancies In Health, Revenue And Education:- On Friday, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy conducted a meeting with the officials and urged them to fill up vacancies in various departments for the available posts. He wants this to be prioritized as the Government has missed their deadline for the annual recruitment calendar.

A few officials, the Civil Supplies Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao, Chief Secretary Nilam Sawhney, Director General of Police Gautam Sawang, Principal Secretary (Political) Praveen Prakash attended this meeting.

On 30th May, after Jagan took an oath, he had mentioned that on 1st January, details of vacancies in Government posts through the AP Public Service Commission would be available in the annual recruitment calendar.

Unfortunately, the government failed to identify the number of posts that were to be filled by January and missed it for January.

He aims at citizens having an opportunity to carry out services. The vacant posts in medical, revenue, health, police and education departments are asked to be filled.

The CM said, “We have started developing the infrastructure in all government hospitals. If there is no adequate staff, maintaining the hospital will be a waste. Focus should be on recruiting required doctors, nurses, lab technicians and pharmacists. Same is the case with schools and teachers are the key here”.

On February 21st, there would be another meeting held on the same. The officials have asked for time so that they can fill up vacancies with no further delay.
