Two Indian Students Killed in a Road Mishap in USA:- Two Indian students residing in USA met with an accident and passed away. They got killed in a hit-and-run accident in South Nashville Tennessee on the night of Thanksgiving which left their families in tragedy. Judy Stanley (23) and Vybhav Gopisetty (26) are graduated from Tennessee State University and they are pursuing food science degrees in the College of Agriculture in the university. The students of the university raised funds of 42,000 USD for their last rites and funeral in India. The local police authorities confirmed that Judy Stanley and Vybhav Gopisetty died in a hit-and-run incident on November 28th.

Stanley was seeking a master’s, Gopisetty, a doctorate said the cops. David Torres (26), the owner of the GMC pickup truck did the accident on Nolensville Pike near Harding Place. He surrendered before the cops on December 1st. “Torres would not answer questions. Officers took a DNA sample. Investigation continuing,” said the cops. The victims were in their Nissan Sentra when the accident took place. The pickup truck was speeding and ran a red light when it hit the passenger side of the Sentra. Bharat Pokharel, Associate Professor at the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, College of Agriculture said the students were “humble, innocent, and hardworking”.
