KCR Showers Promises on TSRTC Staff:- After 55 days of rivalry, Telangana Chief Minister KCR and the TSRTC employees decided to travel together on a common stand. Five RTC employees from each bus depot have been invited for lunch yesterday in Pragathi Bhavan, the official residence of KCR. After interacting with the employees, KCR showered promises on the staff like never before. KCR asked the employees to co-operate so that he would turn TSRTC into a new brand in just four months. KCR announced a bonus of Rs 1 lakh for every employee per year. The biggest news is that KCR announced that all the employees would get their September salary credited by today morning into their respective accounts.

On humanitarian grounds, KCR said that the government of Telangana would pay the full salary to the TSRTC employees for 55 days during which the employees went on an indefinite strike. The retirement age of RTC employees has been hiked to 60 years from 58 years. KCR also announced a job for the families of the employees who committed suicide or died during the strike period. The jobs will be given in the next eight days. KCR also announced an ex gratia of Rs 2 lakh per family of the deceased.

"No woman employee should be made to work after 8 PM. Women will get three months of child care along with maternity leave. Special toilets, dress changing rooms will be established soon. Rs 1000 crore aid will be provided for TSRTC every year. We will support TSRTC in all the available ways so that it becomes the fastest growing and profit-making corporation in the country soon " said KCR during the interaction with TSRTC employees.
