Hyderabad Metro's New Stretch to be Launched Next Week:- Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao will launch the latest stretch of corridor three of the Hyderabad Metro next week. The new stretch will be from Raidurg to Hi-tech city which will be launched on November 29th. Transport minister P Ajay Kumar too will be present for the inauguration. An inspection in the lane would be made by the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) Janak Kumar Garg soon. The inspection across the 1.5 km stretch would be done on November 26th and 27th informed NVS Reddy, the Managing Director of HMR.
If the clearance is approved, the entire corridor from Nagole to Raidurg will be operational. With the completion of this stretch, it would be good public transport for IT employees in the region. Around 40,000 more passengers will be added every day with this new inauguration. Chief electrical engineer D.V.S. Raju, chief signaling and telecom engineer S.K. Das, L&TMRH project director M.P. Naidu and others inspected the stretch recently and found things perfect. Hyderabad Metro has been a huge success and turned out to be a platform for traveling for several commuters in the city.
