ACB Court to reinstate Chandra Babu Assets Case:- Former Chief Minister and TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu faced allegations of corruption and several cases got registered in the past but they were never proved. Now, in a shocking move, the ACB Court decided to take up the petition that was filed by NTR's wife Lakshmi Parvathi against Chandra Babu earning huge income when he was the Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh. ACB Court yesterday issued an order for the trial to be initiated back in the case. The investigation will be re-opened and the next hearing will take place on November 25th.

After Lakshmi Parvathi filed a case demanding an inquiry, Chandra Babu Naidu filed an impeachment petition against the same. The ACB court during the time dismissed the appeal. Chandra filed an impeachment petition in 2005 and the ACB Court declared a stay. The ACB Court even denied Lakshmi Parvathi's request to cancel the stay. After the Supreme Court announced that the civil and criminal cases should not exceed six months' time, the case was brought before the ACB Court again.

During the argument, Lakshmi Parvathi reminded about the Supreme Court's verdict. The court also said that there are no extension orders. The ACB Court now directed to launch the probe and the case is back to the investigation.
