Telangana Govt Considering 21 Demands of TSRTC:- The Telangana Government finally stepped down to consider the 21 demands raised by TSRTC employees. After the Telangana High Court slammed the government for not initiating the talks, Telangana Chief Minister KCR appointed a special committee to analyze all the 21 demands after which the final call would be taken. Telangana government once again clarified that they are not ready to merge TSRTC in the government. KCR said that Congress and BJP are against TRS and he reminded about Digvijay Singh sacking RTC after Congress took charge in Madhya Pradesh.
The committee will submit a detailed report to KCR after which it would be submitted for the Telangana High Court. RTC MD Sunil Sharma, Executive Director T Venkateswara Rao will lead the committee. KCR asked the officials to issue a notification to get 1000 hire buses in the state. TSRTC JAC said that the merger is their first demand. The TSRTC strike reached three weeks and the people across the state have been struggling due to the non-availability of buses.
