Naveen Patnaik Takes Oath as CM of Odisha for the Fifth Consecutive Term:- Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President Naveen Patnaik took oath as the Chief Minister of Odisha for the fifth consecutive term of the state. Naveen Patnaik took oath today in the presence of Governor Ganesh Lal along with thousands of crowds and party leaders in Idco Exhibition Ground, Bhubaneshwar. The 72-year-old leader is named as the longest serving Chief Ministers of the country. Naveen Patnaik and BJP registered record majority during the recent polls in Odisha.

Naveen Patnaik's cabinet included 11 cabinet ministers and 9 ministers of the state. Ranendra Pratap Swain, Bikram Keshari Arukh, Prafulla Kumar Mallick, Niranjan Pujari, Padmanabh Behera, Pratap Jena, Arun Kumar Sahoo, Sudam Marndi, Susant Singh, Naba Kishore Das and Tukuni Sahu are the ministers named in Naveen Patnaik's cabinet. Ashok Chandra Panda, Samir Ranjan Dash, Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, Dibya Shankar Mishra, Premananda Nayak, Raghunandan Das, Padmini Dian, Tusharkanti Behera and Jagannath Saraka are the state ministers. BJP secured 112 seats out of the 147 Assembly seats in Odisha.
