He was named as the World War 2 veteran. With a vast political career of three decades, George HW Bush lost his bid for re-election. His wife Barbara passed away this April. George HW Bush entered the Oval office and is named to stay for the longest time in the history of USA.

George HW Bush was born on June 12th 1924 in a family of public service. He got graduated from Philips Academy Andover. He got married to Barbara in 1945. He started his career as a salesman in oil field and soon he founded his own oil company. Bush had first gotten involved in politics as chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, in Houston and lost in his first political campaign.
