Ambareesh Funeral: Traffic Restrictions In Bengaluru:- Kannada Superstar Ambareesh passed away during the early hours of Sunday and the whole South Indian film fraternity has been left in deep shock. The actor turned politician breathed his last after a massive heart attack. The last rites of Ambareesh will take place today. His mortal remains have been placed in Kanteerava Stadium for public visit yesterday and thousands of his fans along with politicians, actors paid their last respects. The last rites will take place today in Kanteerava studio and Bengaluru cops imposed traffic restrictions in the city.
As per the traffic police, the procession route is, Hudson Circle-Ulsoor Gate Police Station- KG Road – Mysore Bank Circle – Palace Road – CID Junction – Basaweshwara Circle – Old High Grounds Police Station junction – Windsor Manor Junction – Cauvery Theatre Junction – Bhashyam Circle – Sankey Road – Maramma Circle – BHEL – Yeshwanthpur Flyover – Metro right turn – RMC Yard Police Station – Goreguntepalya Junction – CMTI – FTI – Kanteerava Studio. Bengaluru cops wanted the public to avoid these areas and travel through alternate routes during the final rites to avoid traffic jam. He will be cremated at Dr Rajkumar Smaraka at Kanteerava Studios today. He is survived by his wife Sumalatha and son Abhishek.
