Mumbai Receives A Month's Rainfall In Just 10 Days:- Mumbai received a huge relief on Wednesday after the heavy rains that lashed out the city took a break. The suburban train services resumed their work back. The rains had a hard hit on the normal functioning and the local train services have been suspended. It was quite tough for the commuters to go to work during the heavy rains. The Weather Department revealed that the city received a month's rainfall in just 10 days.

Mumbai received a rainfall of 864.5 mm said MET Department. The local trains which are considered to be the life for commuters have been suspended because of which people found it tough to reach their destinations. Nineteen express trains had to be short-terminated and four express trains have been cancelled. The National Disaster Response Force or NDRF, police and fire brigade personally monitored the rescue operations.
