Over 100 Killed In Japan Rains And Landslides:- Japan has been lashed with heavy rains which killed over 100 and dozens of people have been missing. The rescue operations are on in the country to find the survivors. Rain tapered off across the country and several towns and villages have been left without electricity and drinking water.Bottled water and bottled tea are all gone from convenience stores and other shops.

The power companies said that over 13000 houses lacked electricity. The only relief was the rains ended but several people went missing. Several industries have been forced to shut down due to heavy downpour and thousands flocked to the evacuation centres. Analysts said that it is too early to reveal about the damage and the impact of the massive rains in the country. Though Japan monitored about the weather conditions early, it was due to the dense population and the region, the damage could not be controlled.
