Heavy Rains In Telangana In The Next 48 Hours:- After couple of hot months, Telangana received huge relief with a series of huge rains. Now an active Southwest monsoon coupled with two upper air cyclonic circulations are spread over the state which will receive huge down powers in the next couple of days across the state. Heavy to very heavy rains are expected in the next 48 hours because of the mentioned cyclonic circulations. Several isolated regions received huge rainfall from Thursday and they will continue till the end of Sunday.
A record rainfall of 11 cm was recorded at Chennur in Mancherial and Julapalle in Peddapalle district. Karimnagar, Warangal, Medak, Khammam, and Rangareddy are expected to receive continuous drizzles and huge rainfalls. The officials at the Hyderabad regional centre of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) informed the news. All the officials of Telangana have been alerted and necessary measures have been initiated.
