Abu Salem Moves To Portugal Court To Go Out From India:- Gangster Abu Salem has been undergoing life term in 1993 serial blasts case and in a murder case of Pradeep Jain that took place in 1995. Abu Salem is in plans to move out from India and fly to Portugal. He is said to have moved to Portuguese Court recently and filed an application through his lawyer Maneul Luis Ferreira on May 31st. Abu Salem in his application requested the Portuguese court to testify. Abu Salem first moved to the court in 2014 to argue his extradition conditions.
The Portuguese ministry of foreign affairs raised objections to the validity of Salem’s plea. Salem penned a letter to Portuguese Embassy about his extradition. Salem expects that the court would direct Portuguese Foreign Affairs and Justice Ministries to announce the termination of the extradition of Abu Salem. He has been extradited in 2005 from Portugal and brought back to India.
