AIADMK Derails TDP's No-Confidence Move In Lok Sabha:- The leading TDP and the opposition party YSRCP have been trying to move on with no-confidence motion against the BJP Government for ignoring Andhra Pradesh in granting special category status. With the Parliament adjourned on Monday, TDP expected that they could move with no-confidence motion today. But Tamil Nadu's ruling AIADMK started protests in Lok Sabha and this derailed TDP's no-confidence move. AIADMK said that they get no benefit supporting TDP.
AIADMK Leader P Venugopal spoke to NDTV saying that they are not bothered about TDP's no-confidence motion as it would not benefit Tamil Nadu. Instead they would fight fr Cauvery Management Board to be setup said Venugopal. Lok Sabha has been adjourned once again after AIADMK started protesting. There has been a question mark on the possibility of no-confidence motion brought up in the Parliament house today. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan clarified that the no-confidence motion can only be introduced after the house follows the order and stands calm.
